Description

A young businesswoman causes an old Russian man, Vladimir, and his wife, Nina, to disclose the secrets they have hidden since leaving their country years ago. Jane Talbot has been sent to explain that the old farmhouse where the Russian couple have been allowed to live, almost in poverty, has been sold. Vladimir refuses to leave behind that part of his life which remains hidden behind the old piece of fabric that hangs on the wall.
